Tea:
During an allergic reaction, histamine occurs which stimulates symptoms to come to the surface immediately. Various teas like green and Chamomile tea contain antihistamines and antioxidants to boost your immune system endurance levels. Green tea contains catechin, which has shown to suppress the enzyme that translates histidine to histamine. Rather than taking an allergy pill that makes you sleepy, try sipping on tea.

Oranges, Strawberries, Kiwi, and apples are examples of some fruits to eat. Fruits contain vitamin C which acts as an anti-inflammatory to help counteract allergic reactions such as sinuses and inflammation of the lungs.
